Run TinyCam on Windows PC? alternative to Bluestacks?

I am using Bluestacks to run TinyCam. But it is using lot of resources and system going slow. Any alternative way we can use TinyCam?

Thank you for suggestion. But in office we cannot carry tablet. So looking for alternative.
