Hello; I have rich notifications working on my Android devices for a long time now until i switched to an iPhone and no longer get rich notifications. Was wondering if there is an option I need to change for iOS?

i read the user guide and even adjusted my windows firewall to allow BI app out and in. Still not getting images for notifications on my iphone. My Android was working fine, not sure what else I am missing that needs to be set different for iOS.

For me they tend to come and go but I’ve not seen any images with alerts for quite a long time now.
