I don’t think there’s a Home Depot light fixture that I would consider sturdy enough to mount a camera on. You’re probably better off painting your camera to match the style of the other fixtures and mounting it to the structure where the light won’t interfere with the picture.
In other regards, you'll probably be disappointed with that dome for outdoor use. They tend to have issues with glare and fogging. You'd probably be better off with two fixed turret cams covering your area rather than a PTZ. A PTZ by itself isn't much use unless you're actively monitoring it.
