Reset to Motion after Power Outage

Hi,

I've been tweaking intrusion detection, line crossings and motion detection to reduce false alarms. Now every time the power goes out the cameras (or nvr) reset to motion detection on most of the cameras. Is there someplace to set a default that I'm missing?
