Reset NVR now camera not working

i reset my nvr to factory defaults and initialised the hard drive again (as i wanted to delete everything) now one of my cameras isn't showing up. at the beggining all of them weren't but when i updated the passwords for each camera manually they started to work, all except one. any help is much appreciated

What happens if you try to access the cam directly via its IP? If your NVR doesn't allow that plug it directly into your router and give it a try.

i tried plugging it into my router but it didn't come up on the hikvision application, thing its because the cam uses poe
