I am looking for feedback comparing Windows 10 Pro vs. Windows 11 Pro and/or their different versions.
I am trying to get the most stable system for an offline (no internet) setup with 12 cameras. Most will be 4MP with one or two 2MP for LPR. AI human/vehicle detection for all. The hardware is a Dell 3630, i7-8700, 32GB, SSD, WD Purple and Quadro P2000.
Can you all tell me what YOUR EXPERIENCE was with Win 10 Pro vs. Win 11 Pro, or Win 11 23H2 vs 24H2, etc.
Also, you can provide YOUR EXPERIENCE with a particular version and your hardware, such as, "Win 11 Pro 23h2 with i7-10700, 32 GB Ram and 14 4MP cams with substream AI has worked great. Disabled auto updates, debloated and it hasn't crashed in a year."
The fact that Windows 10 won't be supported after 2025 is not a big deal to me, but I expect support for BI will go away first for Win10.
I have tried searching for this information, but only get bits and pieces, and usually people only write in when they have a problem.
