Replacement for LTS LTD8308T-FT

Hi All,

Love the forum - have been lurking the last few months without a username and have learned a ton, thank you. My LTS LTD8308T-FT shit the bed and there is no support there so looking to replace the NVR with a newer device with support.

Requirements:
8 Camera Channel Analog, 1 Microphone Audio In
HDMI Out (for TV on prem)
Ability to remote view (have static IP so don't need anything crazy)
HDD to record (have a drive, just need something I can plug it in)

Is there a good NVR I should be replacing this with? Since LTS is just rebranded Hikvision should I go with something there? Any recommendations for something reliable?

You can go with a LTD8308M-ETC. That is the model number that supersedes the model that you currently have. Will support analog cameras up to 2MP native resolution but will do up to 5MP Lite. An upgrade would be the LTD8508M-ST. This model will support up to 8MP so that helps to futureproof the installation in case you want to go with higher resolution cameras in the future. Both of these are hybrid units so you will be able to use IP cameras via an external POE switch.
