Replacement Case Fan for Dahua NVR

Hello,

My case fan (AD0405MX-G70) is getting very noisy. I can take it out and spin it with compressed air and it is quiet. I'm guessing it must be the motor itself.

Has anyone found a good replacement for these fans?

Thanks I'll try it. Looks like the Noctua NF-A4x10 5V 3pin version should be a direct replacement.
