I would like to know if there'a a way to replace live video image with a image file. Something like what happens when there's loss of signal and live video is replaced with latest known image - by the way, where's the setting for this?

If you simply want to replace video with a static image, camera properties>video>text and graphics overlays>add image...stretch to fill...

That worked but the image can't be opened individually on the mobile app. Any way around it? It should behave completely like live video.

Seems like there is a "bug" where the mobile app wont display the image when you look at the individual "camera" in the app unless there is also an underlying active video feed...
