Remotely start/stop recording via cellphone or computer desktop shortcut? Maybe NFC stickers?

I have Blue Iris 5.2.6.5. and I want the ability to remotely start/stop a recording from either my cellphone or a computer desktop shortcut.

Need this to be super-super simple.
Don't want to have to open an app, log in, find the camera and click a bunch of buttons to start/stop a recording.

If there is a way to get a particular camera to start/stop recording by simply pressing my cellphone against an NFC sticker, that would be awesome.

I use an NFC tag to run an HTTP command to change profiles in BI. I have it by the door and tap it with my phone to disable alerts when I’m going to mow the lawn.
