Remote Setup while Building Home - Recommendations

Hey all, I’m dialing in a setup for our home while it’s under construction. I’ll be mounting it on a high pole.

Here’s where my head is for necessary items:

• Tracking
• Streaming w/ cloud storage to access remotely … looped,
• Weather hardy (mostly hot sun)
• I’ll be powering it by some sort of small solar power setup
• WiFi connection (I'll be using Starlink)

Any specific setups (camera) or sources I should dig into? And things I should consider?
