Recommend BI camera

My current BI system has cameras that I got from an old QSee installation. They are HD cameras and ok. I want to add a few more cameras. They need to run at least HD (1920x1080 @ 30), be weather resistant, have some IR vision, be powered by POE, have a web interface to set them up, ability to add time/date stamp and sync time with NTP. I want to pay no more than $200 each, preferably less and be compatible with BI.

Any options? Thanks,

Plenty of options, just look around on the forum...
