Recommend an NVR

Hoping to get a few recommendations on an NVR.
I have the following Cameras

Wirepath™ Surveillance 750 Series Bullet IP Outdoor Camera
WPS-750-BUL-IP-GR
Wirepath™ Surveillance 750 Series Bullet IP Outdoor Camera

Wirepath™ Surveillance 750 Series Dome IP Outdoor Camera
WPS-750-DOM-IP-BL
Wirepath™ Surveillance 750 Series Dome IP Outdoor Camera

I would like an 8 channel POE NVR. All i need it to do is record. If I happen to get motion detection compatibility that is a bonus, but not necessary.

Looking for a quality NVR sub $300 if possible.
