Rebooting switches and POE-cameras remotely

Hi forum!

Is there a smart way to remotely reboot a POE-switch or camera that has frozen (dont reboot even though its set to reboot every night, for example)?

I understand this can be done if I have a manageable switch that I can log in to and reset, but is there any other smart way of achieving the same thing?
Like some kind of smart power-plug-extension that can be reached through network? The AI switches are remarkable much more expensive. And I need "a lot" for a huge project pending... :-/

Any type of smart power outlet plug that allows you to turn it off and on over internet will work.

In fact - a RJ45 (12V) similiar switch would be enough (and probably even cheaper)... are there such products??
