Good day everyone. Haven't been here since long, which means everything is going well.
Today I had to fix the power cable from a camera, because the camera had blown off its foot in a storm. Luckily, the BNC video cable prevented it from falling on the ground, so only the power wire was torn.
But now I have 2 question, which I hope can get an answer.
To access the settings of the camera I connect my monitor directly to the NVR. When I have adjusted all settings I exit PTZ control, and then get the single line confirm or cancel on my screen.
As it has been a few years since I needed to change any settings, I forgot how to confirm lol. Anyone can advise please?
Secondly, I have the DH-HAC-HFW2221RP-Z-IRE6 , which according to Dahua are 2.1MP cameras, but when opening the camera, I notice there is 3MP written on the lens. Any comments on this?
