Push notifications iPhone SE 2 failing

All of a sudden a few weeks ago alerts stopped working outside IVMS 4200 on my iPhone.
I used the app IVMS 4500 but the retailer told me that it was better to use the app Hik-Connect.
I deleted the app IVMS 400 en installed the app Hik-Connect. Everything works except push notifications?!
The buttons in the app are all on on. I use the version 14.5 on my phone.
My wife uses a Samsung and the app works fine?!

I have three questions:
1) May this be related to the settings in IVMS 4200?
2) May this be related to the version 14.5 on my iPhone?
3) Any ideas on fixing this?
 
I finally found the problem and solved it. I created a new account with Hik Connect (now with an email account,
previously with a phone number) and now everything is working perfectly.
I suspect something went wrong with my previous account, but I'm glad everything has been resolved!
