I dont get any sound from push notifications on either of my iphones, any suggestions?
I have done the following-
enabled all my mobile devices on the mobile tab
set up push notifications for each camera where it is needed
On my phones made sure notifications are on and green in the notifications centre.
in app alerts is set white ball to the right with grey background which I asume is on
When I go into the settings for each camera there is a setting for push notifications, this is set white ball to left black background which I assume is off. If I try to drag the ball to the right it springs back
Anything else I can try?
Im on the old BI, version 3.66 if I remember correctly
