Push notification or sound to PC when someone/something is visible in my driveway?

Hello is there a way to get a push notification or sound sent to my PC (via Blue Iris) when someone/something is visible in my driveway? (where the camera is pointed).

Yes - you can configure alerts per camera. I run version 4 of BI and use it to send bmoth SMS and push notifications.
