If the BI server sends a push notification, and for that instant your mobile device doesn't have internet, will it get queued somehow for later delivery (when your device gets online again)?
Tested this by putting my phone in airplane mode and using the test button in bi...then waited a bit and turned airplane mode off...the message camera through..
