Got a PTZ3E405-AI recently, my first ptz. I'm having trouble with the day/night settings as there is no day/night profile, unlike all my other Dahua cameras.
Try using Internet Explorer - yeah we know LOL, but it is still available. With the PTZs we have seen they can be sensitive when not using true plain ole Internet Explorer.
