PTZ Error

Hi i keep getting an error and i dono what it is and how to fix it..

the error is PTZ: 12002: /web/cgi-bin/hi3510/preset.cgi

Could some one please explain what this is and how to fix it..

I don't know of any camera CGI manuals that describe these errors.
I did have the same problem for a long time and this is how I solved it:

Increase the "Max travel time/motion delay (sec)" value to reduce this error.
