PTZ Cameras (IPC XM530 R80X30-PQL & IPC XM530 R80X20-PQ)

Hi! I have two cams ipc and made both firmware updates. Both cams have lost onvif communication with my nvr and some isue with the auto IR

1st cam --> (new firmware) General_IPC_XM530_R80X20-PQ_WIFIXM711.711.Nat.dss.OnvifS_V5.00.R02.20210818_all.bin
onvif does not work and IR works opposite (when is dark it shows color and when is day it shows black & white.


2nd cam --> (new firmware) General_IPC_XM530_R80X30-PQL_WIFIXM711.711.Nat.dss.OnvifS_V5.00.R02.20201016_all.bin
onvif does not work.

Any help please? any older firmware if it is possible downgrade? Thanks in advanced and sorry for my bad writing.

Still have problem with the IR, but i will play with udates and downgrades and see what will happen.
After that i will procced and for the second camera XM530_R80X30-PQL.

Ok, here how it is now..
I have put the firmware: Alarmsystem_IPC_XM530_R80X20-PQ_WIFIXM711.711.Nat.dss.OnvifS.HIK_V5.00.R02.20200229_upall.bin

So, onvif is ok, IR is ok and the only thing is that i had to change mirroring and overturn.
The only problem is that now Lightmode does not work from app settings.. i do not know why, i will give this a try too.

make an upload of the configuration from the camera and post it here, I'll try to fix it

Everything came out pink, it doesn't show the micro SD or move the PTZ. Help do I need to revert to the original firmware or downgrade? Here is the description of the camera:

It's a firmware downloaded from a Russian website. The point is that it was updated, but it's not the right one because my camera has a zoom option in the app and my camera isn't supported. In addition, the flah turns on and off at night by itself. Now it's desperation I installed this testing and it said successful, and nothing appears neither wifi nor camera nearby. How do I fix it by installing it directly to the card? or USB?
