Problems with updated install

I successfully moved BI from an old computer to my new hot rod in the office with (1) 43" monitor, (1) 32" monitor and (1) 34" monitor. I'd like to start out running BI on monitor #2. However, when I launch it on the #1 and try to move the window I am not able to do so. I even tried adding DisplayFusion which usually adds the Icon to the top bar which lets you "send" to next monitor, but it didn't add to BI. Have I missed something because I imported my old settings?
Thoughts?

thanks - it was some weirdness with the window not being maximized - next up, span monitors!
