problems with i5-650 and zoom wheel

I installed BlueIris on an old Lenovo with updated W10 32bit, Intel i5-650.

I put 3 ipcam, but when I'm over any video and scroll the wheel it doesn't zoom! The scroll wheel works on other progs.

More, I enabled HW acceleration (even restarted it) on all ipcam, but CPU remains the same...
It looks this CPU should do HW decoding:

You're right... it lacks quick-sync !

And the wheel, any idea?
