I’ve purchased their software Security Monitor Pro and I didn’t quite like it so I asked them for a refund through many emails and tech support contact forms but I just can’t get them to reply or get my money bank. I keep calling them on their number in New York and I never get them to answer, except once, a guy answered and told me to call monday. Which I did and no answer.. I’ve called my bank, they said they couldn’t do anything about the transaction.. What to do???
