Problems with blueiris server

I currently have my blueiris setup for my webserver to be on port 81. I forwarded the port took off the firewall and I am only able to access it via the localhost. It is not even working on the local network, its not receiving anything on that port I even added the LAN IP as a DMZ host. Im using windows 10 with a tp-link router. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you scanned your public IP to check if the port is open?
