problems fresh installation 3.59.00

Hello, i installed BI 3.59 on a fresh installed WIN 7 64 bit computer and have much problems with recording

On motion, i get clips and no recorded videos
c:\blueiris only have the dv folder, nothing more
BI gives write errors
(see screenshots)

Is it a bug in the latest version??

Do you have c:\BlueIris\New
If not show a screen shot of the clips and archiving tab in the blue iris options.

It was a bug, fixed in the latest version!
