problem to view doom cam remotly

Hi
i got a doom cam [wireless] which i installed and can access via its CMS
however when i try to see it via the internet [internal or external network] i get quicktime running and after few seconds its freeze
i working with internet explorer and i installed the activex and QuickTime

the cam is this one

any idea how to access it via the internet? please HELP

It seems likely your bit rate is too high for your internet connection(s). Reduce the bit rate, or view the sub stream instead of the main stream when you are not at home.
