Problem to add new Hickvision cameras to BI!

Hi guys,

I got brand new replacement cams, model: DS-2CD3348G2-LISUxxxxxxxxx.

My BI ver: 5.7.5.2

When I add cameras from copy or as a new, it shows no signal and grey screen.

I triple checked the password, I can login to each camera’s web interface.

Strange thing is, some of the cameras connect with BI ok, some don’t.

I also checked the network and ports.

Can anyone suggest where to look at?

Do you mean to type IP in a browser or in program find?

if you are using find inspect you need to enable onvif....
Configuration > Network > Advanced Settings > Integration Protocol.

THANK YOU Fenedrman! It worked with one camera well after enabling that setting... It would take me many hours to find.
