I'm pretty new to Blue Iris, I recently installed it to monitor 4 cameras at my home. After setting everything up it mostly seems to be working fine, I can access all the cameras with Blue Iris and I can access them locally through the browser plugin or using the android app. I am having an issue using the browser or app remotely, I believe this is because my port forwarding rule, set up on my Verizon Fios router, keeps getting removed. I use the Blue Iris network wizard to add the uPnP rule which I can then see when logged into my router. While the rule is there I can remotely view my cameras but then after 30 min to a few hours it disappears and I have to add it again using the wizard.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue or have a suggestion to fix it? Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Do not use uPnP. I would disable uPnP in your router. Manually setup the port forwarding rule in your router. Also, do not use a well-known port; use a port greater then 1024.
