PoE Pan Tilt Motors For Cameras

Since the Pro Series and Ultra Series. like the new PTZ network cameras which are very costly, does anyone use any PoE Pan Tilt Motors that you can mount cameras like the 2MP WDR IR Bullet Network Camera IPC-HDW5231R-Z12 on to?

Just wondering if anyone has?

Why? When you can buy a good PTZ Dahua for a tad over $300.

I think there called positioning mounts lots of jails have them
Not sure what there worth though
