POE IP Camera always moves to a default position

I have a noname POE IP Camera with 30x Zoom from 2022, which I can reach the backend only on the Internet Explorer Broser over the IP-Adress.

Unfortunately, I can't find a model name for the camera itself on the config page. There is only a serial number - I have already googled for this, but found nothing and the following information:

The camera works in principle, can also be adjusted, but always returns immediately to a default position. I can't find an option to adjust the default position anywhere. I have also deactivated motion tracking and already installed the default firmware settings. But the behavior always remains the same. Can someone please help me here?

Any marking(s) or tag/stickers on the camera itself that might provide a hint if a model, etc? Often times, IP cams have a sticker/label on the pigtail assembly.

Typically I see the setting you're looking for on the PTZ settings page in the camera GUI. Any chance you can post screenshots of the PTZ settings page?
