Has anyone had trouble installing the Nellys doorbell cam? I can't even figure out what app I'm supposed to use with it. I got it working with Blue Iris, but I've got no app on the phone to view the video, respond with audio to a doorbell ring. Nellys gave me some article that doesn't seem to apply to my doorbell. It says to click on a + sign and scan the qr and the click add followed by next. When I click on the + and scan the qr, the only option I have is cancel. How do you use this device, or is it hopeless?
