Please help a stuck noob with plug-in install

Please take her easy on me. I am a noob trying to get my first
IPC-HDW5231R-Z
camera going. Took me 2 days to learn how to change ip address on camera. I change the ip on the cam, log into it, & it asks to click to download & install plugin. When I click on it takes me to Google Chrome app store to a NACL plugin but I don't know what to do at that point. Directions say a box is suppose to pop up, click run to install, & camera starts to show image but that's not happening. I'm running a dedicated machine with BI & windows 10. Any help would be appreciated.

NACL is like a browser that runs inside Chrome. When you get it running then plug your camera's IP address into NACL's URL bar. Then it should load. Or just use Firefox.

What works for me with Chrome is using IE tab.
