I have 5442T-ZE cameras setup and noticed that they lag (only 5-10 FPS when set at 15FPS). The stream isn't completely smooth all the time. I have them set to continuous recording with substreams. Also, have followed other optizmations including hardware acceleration, allow BI in anti-virus, direct to disk recording, set to 15 fps with 15 iframe at H.264 @ 8192 bitrate. See screenshots below, the FPS is from 5-10, even though set at 15. Anyone have advice on troubleshooting? As you can see below its not network delay on the "stats for nerds" page. And when i export the video, its laggy too.
I have nettime running for time sync, dahua sunset to sunrise tool to switch profiles and blue iris tools running in the background too. CPU stays below 10% most the time.
