I have Hikvison cameras installed, Max 8 can be configured but we have only 5 installed. Last week, we had a big storm and after that, my camera stopped working. I called the person who installed it, who advised me to buy a new Power adapter of 48W 1.5AMP. I bought the one with 48W but only 1.25amp as couldn't find any store with 1.5amp. The technician said it's fine. When i replaced the existing power adapter with new it started working fine, no issue. But now I have noticed my playback isn't working at all? It's showing No video clips, no matter how backward I go but nothing is showing. I checked under configuration and storage management showing no memory at all. Not sure what went wrong? The technician is not answering the call Need help please? Thanks
