PC requirements for 32ch 1080P at 25 fps

What bitrate do you plan to use? Plausible bitrates could vary by a factor of ten and that is going to affect your system design. 32 channels is quite a bit. If you demand excellent quality and each channel is 9 Mbps, that is 288 Mbps or 36 Mbyte/sec. Is the PC just recording, or is it doing motion detection on some or all channels?

Dont build you can buy much cheaper...search the forum for optiplex and elitedesk..you dont need a liquid cooler or a crazy 650w power supply....this is not a gaming rig...
Finally, choose the software first then the pc..
