I updated my admin password but apparently forgot to save it to my password manager.
There is no physical reset button.
I have tried just about everything and have just seen that hikvision is apparently a huge pain to deal with.
i look at some of the tools on github to try and get info out of the camera but they all seem outdated.
my firmware is V5.8.10 build 241205
