Partition a new HD for BI?

Sorry if my search fu missed this.
New Dell Optiplex SFF, 128gb SSD, Win 10 pro 64bit. With BI. OS and BI on SSD.

Just installed a new WD purple 4tb HD as drive 1.

Do I need more then 1 partition?
Initialize in GUID partition table?

dont see why you'd want to partition it into more than one; GUID or MBR is fine, makes no difference for you in this situation.
