Pan / TV mount and zoom lens zoom and focus controller board / converter for Blue Iris

I have several good pan/tilt mounts and with POE box cameras on them with zoom lens on them. What I am trying to figure out how to do is control them via Blue iris.

What i need a board with several relays I can use to control pan, tilt, zoom, and focus. Does anyone know if the make such a thing or has some done it with a arduino ?

The pan and tilt mounts I have are various brands same with the zooms lenses. Right now i have them all ran inside with rocker switches to control pan (left and right) tilt (up and down), Zoom (near and far) and Focus (in and out)

What I need is a board that can take the outputs from BLUE IRIS and control a relays when I click pan up or zoom in, etc.
