Was interested but the Box is CCA and without some data about what is really on the reel my guess is that it must be CCA as well and personally shouldn't be used for POE.. What is the cable markings on the Reel?

Reel didn't give any more info but my guess is it is CCA. My understanding is that CCA 23awg is fine as long as you aren't using high power devices (< 60W) but there are some much more knowledgeable people on here than me who might be able to speak to that.
