Optimal Camera settings

I've seen the BI settings sticky with great recommendations but are there recommendations for camera settings?
Currently have the attached settings but no idea if they are recommended.
Camera is a IPC-HDW5231R-ZE

I've bumped all my cams down to 20fps. No noticeable difference but returns much in terms of BI performance boost. Mileage may vary based on how many cams you are running.

Then I read I should use VBR and the iframes should be the same as the fps?
Then I’m not sure what I should have my bitrates at

I do use VBR - fps=20 and iframe=40
