I was reading up about some of the new FLOCK LPR cameras that several cities in the mid-state have decided to install. They were complaining about the new LPR cameras and not being able to capture the new state license plates and the alpha numeric symbols on the new dark blue background with white numerics at night time. I read a little farther into the article and realized I recognized the name within the article. Mr Holman, you are famous! Has the state decided to do anything about it or is the camera manufacturer going to have to change their LPR technology? Interesting read. Congrats on being the expert on the subject matter!

Yep, talked about in a few threads. He has been interviewed and everything lol...sadly nothing has been done and more states are moving to these plates.

We need to come up with a special award for people, officials and others that fail to do their homework and research before enacting sweeping changes to any in-place, effective, working process....something like a Darwin Award for Dummies. Maybe a nice plaque?
