Hello. I bought a nz4rn-34718 camera. when restarting the camera, it goes back to the original position of the camera. i.e. the position and zoom are reset. Is it possible to save the camera position so that when the camera is turned on, the position and zoom did not change? it is not convenient to set the cameras in the right direction every time.

That cam is re-branded for many suppliers.

Try opening the cam's embedded webGUI and on the live view page should be the PTZ controls. One of the presets, possibly #1, should be the "Home" position or perhaps "Home" is labeled.

If so, position the cam where you want that "Home" place to be and "Add" or "Save" that position to that preset, either "Home" or "1".
