nvr4116hs-8p-4ks2 how to update from Q-see V3.216.00QS000.0 to Dahua 4.XX

Hi, i have a Dahua nvr4116hs-8p-4ks2, but this NVR come with q-see firmware when i buy used.

The info is:

Type:NVR
Canal d'enregistrement:16
SN:4B0124DPAZ06XXX
Web:V3.2.3.112173
Version de base de sécurité:V1.4
Version System:V3.216.00QS000.0, Build Date: 2019-03-18

I would update to the last firmware DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000005.1.R.201126, but it give an error when i try to update with configtool or with web page.
When to put the firmware in the nvr?
