NVR playback timeline

Have an intermittent issue with message " failed to get the first frame of the first stream is zero" this happens only on tripwire playback and only a couple times in the last few weeks. should I not worry about it or is this something I can correct with settings. Thanks again

It happens, mostly when you have Iframe and FPS not set the same.

Checked main stream fps 20 i frame 20 . Sub stream was 20/40 . Changed to 20/20 thanks again

It can happen even with matching frame rates but less often. Its searching for full Iframe and cant find it due to the exact moment the playback is started for some reason
