NVR FN3104H ONVIF Assistance

Howdy

Got me a Foscam FN3104H NVR (Firmware 2.1.1.4 Application ver 2.31.1.13). I have 2 analog IP cameras that are connected and working on the NVR
My other 2 cameras are ONVFI and for whatever reason are not working with the NVR.

I can view the camera via web browser and they do show up on the search in the NVR. The port is showing 0 on the ONVIF ones. Used the ONVIF device manager and i get the following under Identification

Location city/ShenZhen
Manufacture NETCAM Inc.
Model NVT of NETCAM
Hardware urn:uuid:48534d41-5254-4c49-4e4b-B7-0F-50-02-B2-00
Firmware R31.9.1.1.6
Device ID urn:uuid:48534d41-5254-4c49-4e4b-B7-0F-50-02-B2-00
IP 192.168.0.15
ONVIF Version 2.0
URI http://192.168.0.15:10080/onvif/device_service

When putting http://192.168.0.15:10080/onvif/device_service into firefox i get a The connection was reset problem loading page
Yet i can see the camera working on the ONVIF device manager screen

Under network settings
HTTP ports is disabled with 10080
HTTPS ports is disabled with no port
RTSP port is disabled with 10054 port
When i click enable and change a port and apply they go to 0 and when i do a search on the FOSCAM NVR it shows port 0 no matter what. Tried setting the cameras to factory settings and same deal
Ideas?
