I'm curious as to finding out about a Newer NVR which would be compatible with older Lorex E891 AB-Z camera system .
What happened is simple ,either MY power supply crapped or circuit board fizzles out . 4K Ultra HD NVR works 6-8 minutes then blackout .
The HD if damaged wouldn't produce video and cameras work otherwise wouldn't see anything . Unit I installed 4-5 years back #8 cameras PoE 802.3af .
Cameras say 12V DC input , yet power inverter is 100-240V A/C 50-60 cycle 1.5A 48V DC . A Costco purchase back then . I DON'T want to change cameras it's a MAJOR PITA !.
Majority are up under eaves 12 -28 ft. off the turf . Where do I go or who do I ask ?. Thank You
