Null pointer dereference/BI Crashing

Hey.
I've had this happen a few times and I can't quite narrow down what is causing it, though I'm generally actively "messing around" in the BI webpage.
The BI log states:

Restarted after unexpected shutdown (501/40).
The windows event log is a bit more specific:
Code: 
The instruction at 0x00007FFDA17EDE27 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000

Anyone know anything about this? I have to manually restart the service :(
Its probably happened 3 or 4 times now, I am on 5.2.4.4. I could probably get a .dmp
Here is what I was lookin at, I am certain that this is relevant.
 
IS it the BI service that is crashing ?
Or is it the UI3 web client that is crashing ?
If the web client is it on a different machine than the BI service,
If the web client what browser ?
If the web client are you local or remote ?
does the crash occure on the same video or on multiple different videos

BI service should restart if configured

Yes the BlueIris.exe process on the PC is being terminated. I have to remote desktop into the machine and manually start the service - the service console indicates that it is stopped.
Firefox 71. I'm remote, but through a VPN.

Looking around in event viewer, I found another event concurrent to the crash:

Is this a clean install of windows 10 using the microsoft media creation tool ?

Send the information to the Ken, the developer.

This could be related to a storage problem.
Provide a screen shot of the Blue iris status (lighting bolt graph) clip storage.
