I have a NSC-DB2 door bell camera. I have added the camera to my blue iris and can see the video feed but it does not record video alerts when triggered. I have provided screen shots of my settings. I could really use some help I have tried researching the solution but came up empty.

^^ This.

FWIW, lots of info in BI's built-in "Help" (The big ? up top). Check "Cameras" => "Triggering and Motion Detection", "Cameras" => "The Motion Sensor" and "Recording and Clips".

Those are likely local (private) IP's so no need to redact.....we all got 'em!

I have the same Hikvision Doorbell...

Try adding:

/Streaming/Channels/1?transportmode=unicast&profile=Profile_1

Here is my Record Tab (BVR is default), I prefer MP4 for Motion Event Recordings:

I also have two recordings, Motion and 24/7:

Thanks for the input but its still not recording for me. Another thing I did not mention. Audio is not playing on blue iris. However on the guarding vision app I hear audio and can pull up recorded events. I have attached the trigger and record tabs below

So let's start with some basics to make sure your stream is even getting to your Blue Iris Box, try VLC below to make sure you do not have a firewall setting blocking your RTSP...
Your View screen shot on your first message, is that from Blue Iris?

Have you checked the Stored and New folders in Blue Iris, are they empty?

This is from our Doorbell 101:

STREAMING VIDEO TIPS (Thanks - JSnP):

1576764779744.png

NOTE: "<username>" is admin, "<password>" is the "Verification Code" on the back of your Doorbell (Usually 6 Capital Characters), "<IP Address>" is your Doorbell's IP Address.
(One way to find your Doorbell's "<IP Address>" is by looking up your Doorbell's MAC address in your router.)

COPY/PASTE:
rxxp:/admin:<Enter password>@<Enter IP Address>:554/Streaming/Channels/101
(Change rxxp to rtsp)

⦁ RTSP Streaming for Blue Iris (BI) Add new camera / Find/inspect... (Use ONVIF)
⦁ RTSP Streaming for NVR (Use ONVIF to find Doorbell and setup)
⦁ RTSP Streaming for NAS (Use ONVIF to find Doorbell and setup)
⦁ RTSP Streaming for VLC (VideoLAN Media Player) Under Media/Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N)...Enter your RTSP Link/Info for Live Video Stream

It has been mentioned the Doorbell has a 3 Stream limit, 4 Streams is too much for it's processor - rafale

SNAP SHOTS: To Obtain a live JPG Snap Shot, enter this URL in your browser (you do not need to add :554 port number with your IP Address) - pete_c
http://<IP Address>/onvif/snapshot.jpg

Hey sorry I am just now responding. I can not manually trigger the camera, however I can manually start a video recording. When I did this the video I manually recorded saved on my blueiris. I have the stream up and going on my blueiris, the problem is it does not record video when triggered.
